You are having palpitations from being so nervous. Everyone has them, most people don't feel them. I have them, it feels like your heart skipped a beat and the sharp pain is from stress. Relax and they will go away. The more nervous you are the more you will have them. Find something to do to take your mind off of them. Exercise is good, watch a funny movie, listen to music or take a relaxing bath. Just stop worrying and you will be fine. I'll bet the sharp pain is gone by the time you say ouch. It's nerves, you need to learn to relax. You are ok, everything will be fine if you stop worrying. Like I said find something to do to take your mind off of it, there is nothing to worry about. Trust me, I used to have them all the time till I learned to control my nerve. Don't be scared, that just makes them worse. RELAX!!!!!
