Weight Lifter, Feels Like The Bone Inside Of The Forearm, Pain While Lifting

i have been weight lifting for roughly 2-3 months straight now and have been switching off every other day doing biceps and forearms, and in the past 2 weeks or so, it feels like the bone on the inside of the forearm (if im looking at my palm) has extreme pressure and pain during the time i am lifting weight. what could this be and what can i do to make the pain during lifting go away?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
It means that you are lifting weight very early or with beyond your muscles's strength. I would suggest you to g slowly and give some rest in between. Also do forearm stretching exercises. Soon you will be able to do all these without much pain.
