Weight Is Increased After Pregnancy. Can I Use Orbitrek To Lose My Weight?
Hi doc. This is regarding a weight issue. Before pregnancy I was around 52-53 kgs. During pregnancy I had gained close to 11 or 12 kegs and was about 69 kgs before delivery. After delivery I lost more weight initially within 2-3 months. I lost around 9kgs, that is around 59-60 kgs. Now my son is 10 and 1/2 months old. I weight 65 kgs. Again my weight is increased. Can I use orbitrek to lose my weight. Even if I use how much weight do you think I will be able to lose. Will I get back to my old weight before pregnancy?
Hi and thanks for tour query,
Exercise and diet modification schemes are the most effective ways to lose weight. Another thing you got to consider is must its but a frequent phenomenon for women to put on some weight after delivery. Losing weight on any scheme could take some time and there should be nothing like a magic bullet. Adopting and sticking to particular healthy practice is the core issue in this case. Most drugs that have been tried have been associated with lots of side effects and when you stop the drugs, there is a rebound and the weight is gained back and even faster.
I suggest you visit a nutritionist for some advice.
thanks and best regards,
Luchuo, MD.
