Weight Gain, No Bowel Movement, Bloating, Swollen Feet. Hard To Breathe When Going To Bathroom
I feel like last week when I bent over I pinched my intestine on my left side, between my hip and my ribs. I have now gained 10 lbs in the last week and I have taken relax for the last three days with none to little bowel movement . I feel completely bloated and extremely huge. My feet have been a little in the swollen side, it is like some one is pinching and when I go to the bathroom it s hard to breath.
Hello! Thanks for your query. Pinched in your intestine may be from the exes gas and no bowel movements. You need to stop using foods that create gas, like: milk products foods that contain fats foods that contain sugar beans alcohol and caffeine drinks You need to use in your diet ,like : vegetables fruits liquids(2-3 l per day) and make activity for about 30 min a day If the symptoms do not elevate you need to take medication as;lactulose(for constipation)or espumisan(for exes gas) Hard breath and swollen feet can be from cardiac problems, you should consult with a cardiologist. Take care of your self
