Hi there ~

I am trying to understand your condition and wonder why you have never had a period and why you began this question by saying so. You weight gain does not seem to be a cause of concern and allergic reactions are not related to you hands and palms itching. I also think that you will start to itch if you have had any new allergenic substance introduced in your life. However a visit with your physician will determine the kind of testing you need and the kind of medications you will benefit from. I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!
