General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Your symptoms could be an indication for anaemia, hypothyroidism and diabetes.
Consult your doctor and get yourself investigated for these.
In addition get tested for VIT D and VIT B12 as well.
Thanks

General & Family Physician Dr. Chirag Soni's  Response
Thanks for query.
Bloating and stomach pain is most likely due to dyspepsia.
I would suggest certain investigations like cbc, fbs, ppbs, sgpt, thyroid profile to confirm the diagnosis.
You have to keep regular follow up for diabetes and thyroid because of strong family history.
Start rebeprazole,pentoprazole/domperidon for stomach pain.
B12,hemitinics,calcium,d3,minerals to boost up your general health.
Avoid stress, oily, spicy food.Drink more water, fruit juices, salads, soups and sprouts.Take more fiber diet to avoid recurrent stomach disturbance.
Start exercise,yoga,swimming,cycling regularly.
Consult your physician for better guidance and proper medical management.
