Hello Good Evening,

This picture might be looking of Hypothyroidism.
In Hypothyroidism, there are many symptoms occurred as follows:

Appearance: Thin brittle fingernails, Dry itchy skin, Weight gain and water retention, Hair loss.

Neurological: Depression.

Neuromuscular: Depressed reflexes, Hypotonia, Muscle cramps and joint pain, Mood instability, Irritability, Constipation.

Constitutional: Fatigue, Sleepiness, Cold intolerance, Decreased sweating.

Cardiovascular: Bradycardia, Elevated serum cholesterol.

Endocrine: Female infertility, menstrual irregularities, Hyperprolactinemia and galactorrhea.

You have many of them, so you might be a case of it.

Iodine deficiency is the most common cause of hypothyroidism worldwide.

Stress is known to be a significant contributor to thyroid dysfunction; this can be environmental stress as well as lesser-considered homeostatic stress such as fluctuating blood sugar levels and immune problems.

So you should be go through Thyroid profile, which is a blood test, followed by medication (Tab. Eltroxin) should be started under supervision of your GP.

Regards,

Dr. Naresh Jain.
