what are the common systoms to hihg blood pressure. how can one cotrol theoir blood pressure without being dependant on medicine. what are the signs that one is likely to get high blood pressure . my husband usually gets a headache which makes him weak and until he takes his pill and a nap ,he never settles,what do i do to help him off medicine. To the gynecologist i had a painful labour and my pubic bones are painful/have some kind of pain,burning sensation which is very pain ful,what do i do?

hi welcome to h.c.m.forum. hypertension is a disease due to inheretance, or secondary to heart dise, vascular pressure, or renal diseas. when present increase by using excess of salt in the diet. so salt is to be ristrected to controle bp. he is having sever headache. there are several reasons including b.p. for head ache c.t.scaning may be neaded, for diagnosis of the cause. if nothing is found it is due to high b.p. if it is there. dietary measures ristriction of salt, junk foods, non vegetarian foods. morning walk may be of help. thank you.
