Weakness, headache, lower back pain, hands shaking, sore feet, light headedness, blackouts. Suggestions?

Since yesterday I have been feeling so weak I struggle to stand up. I also have a headache and lower back pain . My hands shake and my hands and feet feel sore. I feel sore to touch and it hurts when someone touched me. I have no other symptoms. I thought it was a cold coming but havnt had any sneezing or sore throat yet. I am not on any medication. Another thing is when I stand up I go extremely light headed and my vision goes darker. I stand holding something for a few seconds and it passes.
