both these factors of weakness in bones and increased s. uric acid add to the problem of pain in joints. Ayurveda offers good solution for this by providing strength to bones ina natural way. Just start with praval pishti or laksha adi guggul and to bring s.uric acid back to normal have cap. G Amrita and triodashang guggul.
