Watery Eye, Nasal Pressure, Headache. Had This Problem Earlier, Got Relief After Break In Sinus Pressure. Any Ideas?
Hello I have a waterery eye with nasal pressure & headache...a lot of pain & pressure...have cleansed my nasals with bulb & blowing some grey matter from side that's painful! Had this prob 6 months ago, lasted for 3 days then it started giving me relief after a break in sinus pressure..blew my nose had blood & grey matter but instant relief & no more pain! Please tell me what this could be?

sinusitis allergic or infective need to consult ent specialist to confirm and treat accordingly
preesure in eye is also because of its association with sinuses
use sinus specific antibitic short course
use anti allergic tab
analgesic sos
antacids
plenty of fluids
apply neomycin h ointment in nose bd
sea wATWER 2 DROP AT NIHT EACH NOSE
FOR TIME BEING
CAN USE ANTIALLERGIC EYE DROPS
preesure in eye is also because of its association with sinuses

your description suggests you may be having recurrent sinusitis
This can cause heaviness and pain over the head .
although bloody discharge can also happen in an infection , it would be a good idea to show a local consultant of ENT.
your history didn't tell me how old you are , or if you are a smoker . You do need to be examined properly , and started on painkillers, antibiotics and if the symptoms persist / recur maybe a CT Scan of the Nose and Sinuses
