Water In Lungs With Stomach Issues
Sunday I was kayaking and turned my boat over in a rapid. I went under water but don't really remember swallowing or breathing in much if any water. Since then I have had stomach issues and constant acid reflux and I am having trouble really eating . could any of this be associated with water I may have took into my lungs or anything?

Hi well come to HCM.
Since there are no respiratory symptoms chances of taking water in lungs are not
there your acid reflux may be due to some other reason. For that you may take
drug like penta prazlole, rabi prazole etc with domperidon. Thanks
