Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I can appreciate the problem you are facing, but this cofol Z contains carbonyl iron 50 mg, zinc sulphate monohydrate 61.8 mg, folic acid 0.5 mg.
This is from good company cipla, please do not worry just make sure your dose in adults usually up to 150 mg is given.
It is useful in cases of iron deficiency anemia. common side effects are stomach upset, constipation, loose motions and dark to black colored stool.
Hope this is helpful to you and if you have any further query please get back to me.
You can ask me at http://www.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-akhilesh-dubey/63985
Please take care.
Good Luck.
