Hello,
You can repeat the test after a gap of 4 to 5 days and try to do it with morning sample of urine.
You may also do a blood test for beta HCG.
This shall confirm the absence or presence of pregnancy.
Your periods are generally irregular in PCOS.
You must consult your Gynecologist for proper treatment and management plan.
Along with medications the most important part of treatment is ...
Regular aerobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day.
Reduction of your weight to bring it in or near your BMI range.
It is said that a mere reduction of 10% of your weight can tesult in pregnancy.
Thanks
