Want to improve skin complexion. Can you provide solutions for it?

Hi Doctors. I am really wanting curious to know if there is some best way to permanantly improve skin complexion since i am wheatish. in this technology most of the impossible things occur to be possible. are there no such believing inventions happened for Asians to improve the complexion, since every human being genuinly wants to have a bright complexion. Please suggest some best solutions which you thing can really work.

Hello Madam
You cannot change your skin to white from wheatish light brown. Asians complexion is because people in Asian have different environment season and mostly warm. But you can glow your skin. Here are some good tips for your skin.
1=drink loads of water and eat healthy food like salads and fruits. It will defiantly help your skin glow.
2= stay out of the sun as much as you can .
3= where sunscreen ( Sun-blocker with different names in market) when your going outside helps a lot.
4= Rub lemon on your skin to kill the dead skin cells off example when you get out of the shower your much brighter becuse the dead skin cells are gone. wash your face at least 2 times aday with any good skin cleaner.

completely stop milk and diary products
stop mustard coconut walnut groundnut and almonds oil
stop soya oil
Us olive for cooking and application on skin
aply clidamycin ointment morning evening
and calamine lotion when u go out
