Hi, female 42. thyroid condition under control. The past two nights I've been waking up in the middle of night like I'm starving accompanied by pain to my lower right side. I'm getting over a cold and have been coughing (dry cough) now and my lower back is also hurting. Three years ago, I sneezed and put out my back. The pain in my back was so bad that I had to be taken to hospital with 4 weeks in rehabilitation. Ever since fine. Pain free until recently coughing and that pain is back although not bad enough to warrant going to hospital. A week earlier I had a pain in left leg (foot area) no sprain. It was throbbing and went for ultrasound as possibility of DVT as i had recently come back from overseas trip. Not DVT given all clear. It's still there but not as bad. I certainly didn't injure myself so unsure why pain? The right side feels like hunger pain accompanied by sharp pain and then it stops and few minutes later again. As i write this pain subsided but feeling hungry. Not clear if back related? Hope you can help?
