WIll A Dislocated Knee Cap Heal Quickly?
I have hurt my knee. I am 60 yrs old. Jumped down off a 3-4ft area. Knee popped very loudly and seemed to flex from outside to inside instead of front and back. Intense pain for some time. Some swelling and still painful. Knee still tries to go sideways periodically. Accident happened approx 34 hrs ago. Any ideas. Will it heal with time? Things to do ect. Thanks YYYY@YYYY

I really appreciate your concern, knee joint is very fragile one and easily gets hurts and the most fragile anatomical part is meniscus and it is advisable to get done the MRI of knee joint to rule out this, till try not to bend the knee joint your concern hope this advise and information helps.
