nexito is tradename of escitalopram is a drug belonging to the SSRI group and is used in treating depression and other psychiatric conditions i hope you have a prescription for the same.The side effects of escitalopram are nausea,somnolence,gastric upset,decreased libido,anorgosmia,delayed ejaculation and mild weight gain.

Nexito is Escitalopram, an SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) antidepressant. It is used for endogenous depression, panic disorder, anxiety etc., duration of therapy varies with indication & response of patient.
The person taking it may or may not suffer from one or more of following side effects-- Nausea, diarrhoea, increased sweating, insomnia, impotence, ejaculation disorder, fatigue, somnolence, postural hypotension, sinusitis, taste disturbances, increased appetite and wt gain. (This list not being exhaustive)
