Vomiting, Spotting, Bloating And Dizziness. Have Pelvic Pain. Pregnancy Test Negative. What Else?
My age is 29 . My last period 11/ 02/2013 but same month 27/02/2013 I got spotted . After ten days vomiting, bloating , dizziness , back and pelvic pain but not now only one week . This month I got my period 3 rd April 2013 dark brown and black spotting ( 6 th day only black spotting) . I took 2 test home and blood test negative . Please help me .Any problem to me?

As per your statement I understand that you are having irregular periods. You say your LMP was
11-02-2013 and you had spotting on 27-02-2013. You did not have any period in the month of march. again you had your bleeding on 03-04-2013. In between you had vomiting, bloating,dizziness and pelvic pain which was there for 1 wk 10 days after 27-02-2013 - that comes on 09-03-2013. The symptoms need have connection with your menstrual cycle or it may be Ovulation pain - could not judge because of your irregular cycle. Dark brown bleeding and black spotting along with your irregular periods needs investigations of your reproductive organs. If no problem is there,Some time D&C will help you. consult a gynecologist
