Hi Cap, Thanks for writing your query. From the symptoms you have described, it indicates that you are having motion sickness or travel sickness. While travelling you should try looking outside of the window in the direction of the travel. If possible close your eyes and take a nap. There are medicines which are helpful in motion sickness like dimenhydrinate, cinnarizine, meclozine, etc. But you should take medicines only under medical supervision.
