Vomiting, nausea, fever, headache, tingling. Ideas?

I have been vomiting for 8 weeks with a huge range of symptoms- nausea, occasionally fever, severe pain, headaches, fainting , food and drug sensitivity, extreme drops in blood pressure and heart rate, tingling in my lips, hands, and feet, rashes and hives , and horrible nightmares just name a few. I have had at least 3 wrong diagnosis and I have lost 25 pounds. Do you have any ideas?
