I have been vomiting almost daily, for over a month and have begun grinding my teeth which I can not control. its getting to the point that my teeth hurt and are brittle and my throat and nose are getting sore and I m getting blisters on my tongue from getting sick.... ANY idea what it could be?? And I have taken HP test and I m not pregnant. Also I know its not an STD because I have been tested just recent;y at my appointment and only have one partner.

Hello

Welcome in H.C.M. for your query.

I have gone through your query regarding sore nos, throat, blisters on tongue and vomiting daily for about a month.

After listening your clinical history it appears as you are suffering from Rhinopharyngitis with dyspepsia. This is an spread of infection from nose to throat and involving tongue and finally vomiting is due to associated dyspepsia.

Tip of nose supposed to be part of danger area of face so here one should rule out it's complication also thus here consultation with an ENT doctor is appears as a necessary and wise step.

Till you are in waiting for doctor you may take-

(a) Antibiotic.

(b) Anti inflammatory.

(c) Antacid with anti emetic.

(d) Antiseptic local application over tongue.

I hope this will help you.

Regards.
