Vitiligo, Patches On Face, Taking Dicaris,typhoid. Side Effects Of Dicaris?

hello sir
my daughter,3and half year old has got vitiligo...patches on the right side of the face....she is being given Dicaris twice a week as the oral medication. then Melgain lotion,Flutivate cream nd Topograf as ointmentments. is it the right medication? how else can I help her? Can u suggest me some home remedies for her?
now she has got Typhoid....Can it be side effect of Dicaris....please explain...

No I am sorry there is no home remedy for this, you just stick to the given treatment, this treatment if given by skin specialist then it must be alright, I always advise my patient in such case for regular follow up with the dermatologist because the treatment regime need to be changed periodically, this treatment will not interact with typhoid medicine, but it can be omitted till the typhoid treatment completed, or else discus it with both the doctors, have nice day.
