Virus in tail bone, drainage required, recurring during times of stress. Prescribed surgery as permanent cure. What is this condition called?

I am male 31 y/o. I have a re-occuring condition, every few years, a virus in the tailbone. The Drs drain it or it goes away on its own. I am told that surgery (when it s healthy) will remove it permenantly. Often comes back during times of stress . I forget the name of the condition. Can you help me with the name of the condition?

You seem to be suffering from PILONIDAL CYST OR PILONIDAL ASCESS.
permanent treatment is surgery only.
