Very tender where Achilles’ tendon meets heel bone. Can’t push

Very tender where Achilles’ tendon meets heel bone. Can’t push toe down to walk. No bruising. Somewhat swollen. Does not hurt when sitting. Did not feel a trauma just started to get sore. Did go up and down ladder many times one day and could hardly walk the next day. Is it possible to slightly detach tendon from bone. Should l see someone or try to stay off it as much as l can. Have been icing it and soaking it in hot water

I have been experiencing pain in my right ankle that has radiated to the two sides of my ankle bone and my Achilles tendon. It hurts to walk. If I am standing, I can feel that there are strained elements surrounding my ankle. I have not had any injury to it nor had any accident. I do have a bone spur that is right next to a nerve. Could that cause that? Some days are better than others. However, jumping up and down definitely brings out the weakness/pain.

My 12 year old son has a large vein popping out just over his heel above his ankle. (It s on the back of his foot ). He said it hurts to walk. He started conditioning for football 2 weeks ago and I m not sure if that vein has always been bulging like that, the other foot does not have it. the veins on top of his ankle bone also are bulging on the same foot. Is it normal or should I have him checked? Could it be his Achilles tendon??
