Varicocelectomy Operation, Swelling, Taking Viral Antibiotics

Dear Doctor ... I had a vericocelectomy operation 10 days back, currently I am experiencing a solid swelling in the upper patch of the incision and now I am still getting vial antiboitics, my doctor said that this welling shall be eliminated within few days, but i am so worry about it, could you please advise me about this? Thanking your kind cooperation.

Hi,
Induration after surgery is common and now as you are on antibiotic medicine, nothing to worry.
If throbbing pain is there after few days, consult your surgeon and get examined to rule out any infection or pus formation.
