Variable heartbeat, shoulder pain. Abnormal ECG. Solution?

Hi my ECG is abnormal but echo test is normal doctor says there is gastric problem but he suggest to one more test Endoscopy after one month the test was done and normal. So still having pain in left side my heat is beating fast slow the breathing is up and down my left hand , left shoulder having lot of pain so what is the solution tell me please.

Better if you would have mentioned your age , sex and any co existing illness like Diabetes or Hypertension.

As i get your information your shoulder and arm pain is musculoskeletal for that better you consult one orthopedician and get X ray of concerned part..

If you feel your heart beat irregular get one Holter monitoring done that will check your 24 hrs ECG
Dont be panicky . nothing looks like serious, i will be happy to answer you after repors..
