Hi,
This is a common problem and nothing to worry about.
From your query it appears that ; yeast epithelial cells are positive and the isolated bug is candida albicans.

This is an infection with a fungus called candida albicans commonly called vaginal candidiasis. It occurs when the body defences are compromised, in pregnancy, women with diabetes and sometimes after prolonged use of antibiotics that destroy the normal vaginal organisms.

I suggest that you consult your gynecologist and start anti fungal drugs like clotrimazole which can be used as vaginal tablets. Other measures include washing the undergarments with hot water and using a simple antiseptic in the water to kill the fungi. Using a condom helps to prevent spread of infection.
If the problem is persistent or recurs repeatedly I would recommend a blood sugar check to rule out diabetes.

Hope I was able to help you. Please do not worry as it is a small problem.

Have a good day and thanks.!
