Vaginal Pain And Itchiness With Creamy Discharge With No Smell. Burning With Cloudy Urine. Treatment?

Hi, I am experiencing a number of symptoms related to vaginal health and I'm not sure if it's something I should seek medical treatment for or if things will clear up on their own. A couple of days ago I noticed a lot of pain that felt like it was coming from up inside my vagina. I've been extremely sore, and would sometimes get pain in my stomach if I moved a certain way. I also started getting really itchy, sore, swollen, and raw in my vagina. I also noticed it seemed to be a swollen lymph node or something on my right side. There is a little discharge that seems to be clumpy and a white/yellow but no smell. Not a lot comes out, but I used a tampon and when I pulled it out, it was covered in this discharge. It burns a little when I pee and my pee has become cloudy. I have felt unwell and having trouble sleeping at night because of the pain/itchiness. what do you think this could be?

Hi,
From what I can tell you have an vaginal infection of some kind, it can be vaginits. There are three types:
bacterial vaginosis (BV),
vaginal candidiasis
trichomoniasis
and there is a also a possibility of a mixed type

I recommend you see a doctor and tell them about this right away, they will run a culture test in order to determine what type of infection you have.

Once diagnosis has been confirmed you will be administered antibiotics accordingly.

I hope this answered your question.
