Your daughter's mouth condition is called stomatitis that is inflammation in mouth causing soreness of tongue and ulcers in mouth. It would have been better if you had given your daughter's age and what medicine was given to her for sore throat. Because above condition can happen after a course of antibiotic due to B Complex deficiency especially in children.
Her vaginal itch and burning while urination are most probably due to fungal infection (commonly candidiasis) there. This is again can happen after a course of antibiotic.
Let her take plenty of fluids with nutritious food.
Give her B Complex
You can apply anaesthetic oral gel to her tongue.
Mostly she will improve with that. If not show to an ENT specialist.
Regarding her vaginal itch and burning urination you need to show her to a Gynaecologist
Take care.
