Vaginal Area Sore, White Circles On Clitoris. Is It A Yeast Infection?
Hello I have a question, My vaginal area is sore and I examined it tonight with a mirror. I saw two white round circles one on the clitorus and one going up the tract into the vagina. I washed with soap patted dry. I think it may be a yeast infection can you tell me if it is. ? just recently notice a little discharge not much though but I'm definitely irritated down there. I have not had any kind of sexual intercourse in 3 years so nothing there. ? I'm worried can you help me. ?

Just white spots is not an indication of any complete diagnosis of a disease.
However these spots may be due to fungal infection ( yeast) or due candidiasis.
Wash with antiseptic lotion ( diluted), don't rub , dry it with a towel and use mycostatin cream ( otc).
Personal hygiene is the best treatment .
Still no relief than consult a Gynaecologist and get his opinion as physical examination is very important.
Every thing is not related to sex.

It looks to be fungal infection.
It usually occurs due to improper hygiene and scratching after severe perspiration.
it might be from hair route infection.
Start local clindamycin and anti fungal containing cream.
Start oral antibiotic like cefixime,moxiflox and azithromycin and anti fungal like flucanazole/itraconazole.
Take proper local care,use antiseptic soap to clean,keep that area dry,don't wear tight under garment.
Consult your gynecologist for further guidance and medical management.
