Vaginal And Back Pain, Done Vaginal And Abdominal Ultrasounds, Lumbar MRI, Prescribed Antibiotics For False UTI. Treatment?

I have sharp stabbing pains in my vaginial area followed by severe lower back pain. The back pain stays as a dull pain. Eight weeks ago saw a dr who prescribed antibiotics for a false UTI test. Had vaginal and abdominal ultrasounds and lumbar MRI. All are clear. Still no answers. 43 and healthy with a partial hysterectomy.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some infection in your vagina giving rise to this problem.
Go for vaginal swab examination.
After report go for specific antibiotic medicine course, advised by your Gynaec.
Ok and take care
