Vaginal Acne, What Antiseptic Lotion Can I Use ?

I am a 28 yrs old woman. Just one month ago i had a big acne type one in my vagina. I had very pain even i cannot walk at tht time.After few days it cured.Now just four days before I done shaving in vaginal parts.But am again suffering from acne..lot of acne with pain..I think its due to infection bcs i forget to apply antiseptic lotion . What should I do now?Pls help me by giving an early reply.

Hello,
You are having folliculitis and thats occuring due to the shaving.Most of them cure by its self but some may require anti inflammatory drugs.Use ibuprofen for a couple of days and apply antiseptic cream.If it stays for more than 4-5 days,you need to rule out infected follicles and you will need antibiotics.
