Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. In my opinion it must be a bartholin cyst. It will go off my itself but as you have mentioned that ingrown hair may be the cause and as it got infected you need to take antibiotic therapy for this. If you were my patient I will prescribe amoxicillin for this. Thank you.
