Hello
Lack of foreplay before sex generally results in dry vagina and painful intercourse.
Doing intercourse with dry vagina may result in injury to vagina and Penis.
Go for sufficient foreplay before sex and use lubricant on your penis before penetration.
Ejaculating outside vagina is good and there is no harm in it.
For safe and protected sex,use condoms.
Thanks

Hi dear thanks for question on HCM,THERE are few reasons for your partner vagina to be dry during sexual intercourse,

Vaginal dryness often causes painful sexual intercourse. Normal vaginal lubrication is a given for most women; however, the vagina may be dry at certain times, making vaginal penetration painful. Lack of vaginal lubrication can be caused by several factors including:

•trying to achieve vaginal penetration too fast before enough stimulation has occurred to allow normal vaginal lubrication to take place
•feeling nervous or tense about the sexual experience; this can slow the release of vaginal lubrication
•using a condom without the addition of a vaginal lubricant, such as K-Y Jelly (Saliva is an acceptable for vaginal lubrication, but never use petroleum-based products, as they can deteriorate condoms and contribute to vaginal infections.)
hormonal imbalance during menopause, the years preceding menopause, or following childbirth
(Vaginal lubrication methods listed above may help; menopausal women may benefit from a prescribed estrogen cream that's used vaginally.)
some of the factors described above doesn't hold good for partner.i think your partner is not fully relaxed for fear of pregnancy.what your doing is called as coitus interrupts,is ok ,but does have failure rate quite high,Don't want to use pills or condoms, you have the choice of using safe period method, which is between 4th day of cycle to 10 th day,and from 17th day of cycle to 28th day of cycle where you can enjoy sex without any protection, the other way out is inserting multiload device, which has some short coming for your case.find out the cause of vaginal dryness in your partner and try to manage ,accordingly, till then you can also use K Y jelly, for vaginal lubrication.
