uterus is anteverted slightly bulky in size and normal in echotexture. Endometrial echo is thickened and measures 15-16 mm. No definite evidence of intrauterine gestational sac is seen in this scan. Myometrial echotexture is homogeneous. No obvious focal myometrial abnormality is seen.Both ovaries are normal in size. There is a 15 mm corpus luteum/cyst with internal echoes in right ovary

The findings of ultrasound are within normal limits and are suggestive oif secretory phase of the cycle. There is no evidence of pregnancy. There is nothing worrisome about this report.
