Using herbalife products, on synthyroid, get tremors with gassy feeling, numbness on left side. Cause?

Hello, there, I have a question. I m using Herbalife products and I m not sure if its the products causing me to feel the way I do. I am on medication too. ( Synthroid ). I start getting tremors turning to quite the shakes along with bloated gassy feeling stomachs. My left side feels like its partially numb. I ve gone too the hospital and got tested ( MRI done) 2 years ago. I ve just started using the protein powder and a couple different tablets. Could that mess with my medicine and make me feel so awful? Its always way worse at night. Why is that. I haven t got any answers and it worries me. My feet are starting to tremble really now.
