You can try. I have used opiates (IV) for 3 yearsa and to quit without withdrawal I used crystal meth andd it worked, only after the 2 weeks I was supposed to stop. Well been two months and I stopped because I got some bad meth, actually it was Pure Epsom Salts and I injected it not knowing, about 3 points (0.3grams) I went to emerg with severe body temperature of 101.6F and dizy, chills, no balance, tunnel vision and coloured spots. I still feel it to this day and it has been 4 weeks now. I feeel like hot spots moving around my body under my skin and I taste metal in my mouth a lot too. Is it ever going to be out of me. I keep thinking if I take some more meth it will stop.

These are drugs that require strict medical follow up or responses differ in individuals, the doses actually need to be tapered with respect to the clinical characteristics, presentation and drug response of the individual. It might be difficult to actually recommend standard doses of such drugs, especially when it comes to withdrawal for there is an interplay of various factors. Both biological, patient - doctor relationship, social environment and a strong psychosocial component.

I suggest you consult your family physician for proper drawing up of a treatment plan and keen follow up.
