Urine Infection. Taking Levoflexin, Niftran. Safe To Use?

hi doc. my sister urine infection from last 10 days,we counseled urologist and he gave levoflexin for five days but some problem is still on her,so we talked to doc. and he suggested three days again take thatantibiotic and after that NIFTRAN 100 mg for 30 days in single dose. i query to you that is it safe to take NIFTRAN100mg for 30 days regularly

i will advised u to start
tab.norflox 400 mg once in a day for 5days
cap.pantoprazole 40 mg once in a day (before breakfast)
syp alkasol 2tsf hree to four times a day
get plenty of water to drink

get few investigation done
1)complete blood count
2)urine routine microscopy
(*if fever persist-culture and sensitivity)
