Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

Look every investigation must be correlated clinically,if you are having urinary symptoms and fever and your doctor has asked for urine analysis please visit the doctor with report. A detail history and examination is required for plan further management strategy.

Your urine analysis is abnormal and indicate Urinary tract infection as there are 30-40 pus cells. A Urine culture and sensitivity should be performed if not already given, and you will require a course of antibiotic with plenty of fluid and to search any cause of infection if any like obstruction of urinary tract by kidney stone or any other cause which can be detected through abdominal ultrasonography.

There are few RBCs and trace of protein in sample which may be due to UTI or may point towards kidney stone.

You have not given any details so as to understand what could be cause.

Take care

Good Luck.
