Pediatrician, Infectious Diseases 's  Response
Hello ,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic forum.
Your son is most probably suffering from an infection either genitourinary or gastrointestinal.
Its not normal for children to urinate so frequently. He does require an examination and few tests like urine and stool routine and cultures
Please get your son evaluated by his pediatrician for thorugh examination and confirmation of diagnosis so that apropriate antibiotic treatment can be started .
Once treated, the symptoms wil resolve gradually and his bowel bladder habbits will return to normal.
Without treatment the infection can spread internally and worsen the symptoms.
Hope that answers your query.
Regards
