Urinalysis showed rbc, moderate epithelial cells, bacteria triple phosphate. What does this indicate?

Hi Doc, i have gone urinalysis and i got the following results: Color- Light yellow Reaction-acidic Transparency-turbid AM. Urates- moderate hyaline cast specific gravity- 1.025 Pus cells TNTC/hpf RBC 0-2/hpf Epithelial Cells- moderate bacteria- triple phosphate Could you please help me interpret them? Does the result indicate that I have Urinary Tract Infection? Please help. Thank you, Jenny

Thanks for your query.Your urine analysis is suggestive of Urinary tract infection.If you have some symptoms like burning,increased frequency then take Tab Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily for a week.It will be under control.
