Urinalysis said negative microscopic Pus cells, moderate epithelial cells. Meaning?

My urinalysis results as below, please give me advise if there is any problem to be consulted. Color: Yellow Transparency: SL. Presence of pus cells and yellow urine is suggestive of urinary tract infection.Suggest you take antibiotic (Ofloxacin) in consultation with your doctor.Hope I have answered your question.Take care.
