Urge to urinate but dribbling urine, stomach pressure, bleeding

hi.. last night i felt like i needed to urinate.. like the feeling u get when u have held it in for a long time but when i try go nothing comes out. its still the sme this morning (just a little dribble came out) its very uncomfortable.. lots of pressure on my stomach . also when i wipe there is a tiny amount of blood on the tissue

Dear friend, welcome to HCM.

If you say you have trouble initiating urination and also blood per urethra, you should take an urgent consultation of your urologist or a physician and look for retention.
Please specify your age and sex to comment on possible causes.

If it is painless bleed otherwise, a stone, infection, tumour are likely in the urinary tract.
You will need a sonography of the KUB region.

The discomfort seems to be due to urine retention due to some block there. Usually a prostate in a male.

Please see your doctor and act accordingly.
