Urge To Pass Bowel Movements Right After Having Food. Suggestions?
Hey hi, I need to go to toilet right after having dinner sometimes., In the morning if bowel doesnt goes smooth twice atleast i wont get fresh and after lunch i need to go to toilet due to uneasy bowel movements... every time the waste which comes out is normal and its like small pieces.after having the elimination it got relaxed and i am in different mood/meaning all fresh again. May I please have your inputs on the following.
Stool after a breakfast in the morning is very healthy symptom caused by reaction of the large intestine to the stomach filling with food. We can say that the stomach and large intestine is connected with the nerves and do cooperate in this way. If you do drink coffee every morning, it can make this connection overreacted and cause with motion loose. Same thing is with lunch and every other meal.
If you suffer from uneasy bowel movements, you should start with some diet improvement. Fiber rich products, vegetables, mineral water instead of soft drinks and fatty food should have great results. Increased physical activity and some probiotics can help with proper intestines work.
