Upper stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, food poisoning, food intolerance. Suggest?

Hi there, I am a 25 year old female, had a baby 9 months ago. I am in good health overall, I m 5 5 104 lbs, caucasian. In the past month I have had pain in my upper stomach area about every other day, always lasting about 2 hours and usually in the early or mid-afternoon. Within the last 6 months this stomach pain only came maybe twice per month, but much more frequent now. It feels like someone is squeezing my stomach inside, a couple inches above my belly button, its a combination of discomfort and cramping, but not like sharp cramps like menstruation . I can feel it in my back a little. I am sure I m not pregnant. I am not currently on any medication. My only travel history is to Hawaii (where I got very ill, nausea , vomiting) last month (probably food poisoning , my guess is sushi). I m very conscious about what I eat, food safety. I hardly ever eat processed or fatty foods, and rarely eat beef or pork. I ve tried to pinpoint a food intolerance maybe, but nothing seems to pop up, I eat very different foods each day but still get the pain.
