Upper Respiratory Infection, Nebulizer, Knot On Forehead, Inhaled Helium

Ive been suffering from upper resp infection . I used my nebulizer for symptoms and for laughs I sucked all the helium out of my birthday balloon to sound like a chipmunk. I woke up on the ground dizzy and with a huge knot on my forehead the size of a doughnut. I have a dr appt tomorrow and really don t want to go to the er tonight, will I be okay
