Upper Back Injury, Pain When Moving Arms. Applied Ice. Need To See Doctor?
Hi, I'm a cheerleader and I'm 14 years old. Around 2 months ago I was dropped and I fell onto my upper back from around 3 feet in the air. It's only gotten a little better and I've iced it for 2-3 days after the fall. However, I still experienced pain when moving my arms backwards and twisting in certain directions. It hurts to push my shoulder blades together and to push together the area above my shoulder blades very much. It also hurts to stand up completely straight. Do I need to see a doctr and what kind of doctor do I see? It hurts in the area next to the spine on both sides in the upper area next to the part where the bone that you can see that kind of sticks out that everybody has. Thanks
