Upper Back Injury, Pain, Breathlessness. What Could This Be?

hi, i was smashed to the floor in a football match on the right side of my upper back about two weeks ago, since then during my matches all my right upper back hurts and i become very short of breath and struggle to breath, my coach tells me to sit down and it can sometimes take upto 15 mins to catch my breath back what could this be?

Hi thanks for using HCM.

This can be due to pleural injury or musculoskeletal damage in right side of upper back. Just get examined by your doctor and you may need imaging to look for any internal damage. Do regular breathing exercises. Only examination will help us to diagnose you properly.

so don't delay and get examined by your doctor.
