Upper Arm Pain, Shoulder Blades Pain, Leg Pain, Mood Swings. Diagnosed Osteoarthritis. Taking Prednisone. Is It Fibromyalgia?

I have pain in my upper arms, probably biceps muscle, between shoulder blades, and pain on the backs of both legs from the knee up. A rheumatologist suggested fibromyalgia but he also said that diagnosis does not go along with my high sed rate. CRP is also high. He also diagnosed osteoarthritis which I don't agree with because my joints don't hurt. They started me on pain pills and muscle relaxants which didn't help and then they gave me prednisone at a small dose and that helped the pain in my legs but not my arms and I kinda think prednisone caused mood swings, not sure I want to take it anymore. My arms hurt to reach for anything, dressing, putting a coat on, even trying to scratch the back of my neck or my sides. My arms hurt to lay on my side in bed unless I can maneuver my arms in a different position. Is there any rheumatologic disease that would involve the face? I've had pain on the right side of my face for years. Some days are better than others. Ibuprofen used to take the edge off when it hurt worse. It's always there but its tolerable as long as I don't rub my face very hard. My PCP sent me to a neurosurgeon for what he thought was trigeminal neuralgia. The surgeon agreed but said surgery would only give me 20% relief and I didn't think those were good odds when it was surgery on my brain. My dentist doesn't believe it's TMJ either even though my teeth are sensitive and sensitive toothpaste doesn't help. I see my rheumatologist next week and will ask him the same question but I'd like other's opinions about rheumatologic disease involving the face. Does this pain in my legs and arms alone sound like fibromyalgia? Could this all be related to one rheumatologic problem? I hope especially my face would be affected and cured as I'd like to be rid of this pain that I've had for so long, but I want rid of the arm and leg pain as well. Thank you so much for your answers. .

Hi, sad to go through the history, it could be the cervical and lumbar spondylosis, it may be clinical presentation, I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with the same symptoms prescribe Neurotropic injections for 5 consecutive days, gabapentine and analgesics, and to be repeated periodically. thank you.
